The earliest traces of jewelry can be traced to the civilizations that bloomed in the Mediterranean and Middle East around 3,000 to 400 BC. Adorning our bodies with decorative elements is a deep-rooted human instinct. Handmade in our LA studio, Norwegian Wood has been making eclectic jewelry that combines textiles with metal and stone since our inception in 2007.
